These Terms apply to the website and services of PRO-1Connect, operated by SOUL TALK 1 LLC ("PRO-1Connect", "we", "us").

1. Scope of services and technical limitations

PRO-1Connect provides custom web design, system integrations and automation workflows ("Services"). While our systems are designed to streamline operations, capture leads and automate client interactions, PRO-1Connect builds and delivers software tools. We do not manage or execute your day-to-day sales operations.

2. No guarantee of financial results or sales

PRO-1Connect makes no guarantees, representations or warranties regarding specific business outcomes, lead volume, conversion rates, revenue or profitability resulting from the use of our websites or automation systems. Business success depends on many factors outside our control, including your market demand, pricing, advertising strategy, sales follow-up and product or service quality.

3. Client operational responsibilities

The client acknowledges that automated tools require active business management. The client remains solely responsible for:

Closing leads and fulfilling orders or services.
Maintaining accurate pricing, business information and legal compliance in their communications.
Ensuring their team logs into the system to handle customer inquiries when manual intervention is required.

4. Third-party platforms

Our automations integrate with third-party software (for example messaging platforms, hosting and payment gateways). PRO-1Connect is not liable for temporary service interruptions, policy changes or downtime caused by third-party providers.

5. Text messaging (SMS) terms

By opting in through our website chat, booking form or by texting us, you agree to receive text messages from PRO-1Connect at the number you provided, including appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, service notifications, and promotional and informational messages about our services. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
